What services do you offer?

What's the difference between internal and external audit?
Internal audit is an independent activity that evaluates the effectiveness of controls, risk management and governance inside the organization throughout the year and reports to the audit committee. External audit focuses on giving a professional opinion on the annual financial statements.
Do we need to hire our own internal audit team?
Not necessarily. You can outsource the internal audit function to us fully or partly. We act as an independent internal audit department reporting to your audit committee, without the cost of hiring and training.
